Another main component of supply chain management is how to handle damaged goods. It is a waste of money to send out defective products because it costs the organization large amounts of money to recall the damaged materials back to the factory and replace them, slowing production efficiency. There must be quality controls and regulations that enable Ford to minimize invent ory defects and returns. The Ford Motor Company must have damage control operations to continue manufacturing the same amount of automobiles so that they do not lose any necessary inventory. Marketing and Public Relation Communication

Question: Discuss about the Marketing and Public Relation Communication. Answer: Introduction Marketing and public relation- this is a section of the society a lot of communication is involved. Marketing can be done by phone, internet, directly by talking or any other indirect method. This is the external purpose of a marketing company. All the members of the company work together for any project in a coordinated manner. But this kind of coordinated activity is possible when the networking system of the company is well developed. The networking system of the company should be well equipped so that the company workers can be we aware in the field of internet. The internet connection of the company should be very fast so as to increase the pace of the work. Cost analysis of Sheehan marketing Public Relations Internet connection is something that can hamper a lot if it is not configured properly. All the computers in an office should be well configured with internet connection so that all the files and emails can be transferred fast and in a smooth way. Internet marketing is one of the best ways of marketing. It is this way where public relations are made. There are so many ways how the internet is useful to the company. Internet connection is not enough, the speed of the connection is also a vital criteria. If the connections are configured correctly then the speed for all the computers shall also not be equal (Hahn, 2010). In offices there is no individual connection for all the computers. The internet connection is transferred by LAN connection to the different computers of the office. The main connection is done on the mother computer and then by LAN connection it if transferred to the other computers. There should not be a situation in the office where the speed of the computers should lapse by pace (Hahn, 2010). As told in the above given paragraph that the problem of connecting the whole office is being a big problem. This is because that if the information within an office is not properly distributed among the office members then there shall not be proper coordination among the team employees with their co-employees. So according to the new need of the situation some new computers are to be installed in the office. Installing new computers in the office is not an easy task. It takes a lot of equipments and many other technical arrangements. The things that are needed for this arrangement are as follows: 24 computers 31 cat 5 pockets 6 cat 5 UTP A screw driver set Extra wires for connection according to the need Some casing materials for the running wires Workers The above given items are the basic needs of the new needed arrangements. The above items are easily available in the market. We shall just need a worker and his team to complete the work. This is the main problem that we have to face while doing any technical work in the office. Either we have to keep the office open on any holiday or we have to take a day off for doing the work. In a marketing company, taking a day off becomes a big issue. A days work is very important in the office. Working on a 2000sqr feet office is not easy if the arrangements are not well equipped. The wiring and other technical aura of the office should be sorted properly Expenditure For the above arrangements to be done some amount of money has to be spent. Things needed Cost in AUS dollars $ 24 computers This is present in the office 31 CAT-5 pockets 4.89 $ each So, 4.89 X 31 = 151.59 $ 6 CAT-5 UTP 14.58$ each So, 14.58 X 6 = 87.48 $ 1 screw driver set 23.98$ Extra wires 2.65 per meter We shall need as much as 15-20 meters. So, 2.65 X 20 = 53$ Casing material 0.49 per piece We shall need as much as almost 15meters. So, 0.49 X 15 = 7.35$ 3 Active hubs 53.02 per piece We shall be need as much as 3. i.e. 53.02 X 3 = 159.06 $ Workers To complete the work in one day we shall need at least two workers for 8 hours of time. The cost of one technician is about 40$ per hour. So , working for 8 hours the cost shall be of 40$ X 8 = 320$ per person There shall be two technicians. so the cost of the two technicians shall be 320 X 2 = 640$. TOTAL 1122.46$ The total cost is given above. This cost shall be taken from the office management fund. The works done for the welfare of the company shall always be taken from the office welfare fund. Present wiring system The present wiring system is a big confused one. The wires are very much entangled one. There can be a sheer severe short circuit in the office if the wiring system is not configured properly. Moreover as the problem of transferring is files are there in the office, so, it is really becoming difficult for the workers to work in a cohesive manner. One person at a time could only attend to the clients files. This is a big issue. As because only one person at a time can access the files so the work efficiency of the office is also getting deteriorated day by day. The speed of the work is decreasing day by day in the office. The assignments are getting delayed because of this problem (LUO, ZU and CHEN, 2010). As I have told earlier that in a marketing company the main thing is time. Not only in the marketing company but also in any office time is the main factor. If the clients do not receive their work on time they are intended to go to another company. In this way a company loses its assignment. Hence, causing a great loss to the company and also the workers. These kinds of mis-happenings are not expected in any office. This can make a company lose its reputation in the market. We all love to be well aware of the outside world and the market. But due to any problem in the internet configurations one might lose all (LUO, ZU and CHEN, 2010). We all know that when we try to enhance our business then our work quality and quantity both increases. At that time, if we cannot provide the work to the clients in the proper time then we tend to lose the assignment and it might go to our competitor. It takes time to build a reputation but it takes nothing to lose it. Losing reputation is very easy than gaining it. It becomes difficult when we are dealing with something which is as pervasive as public relation to fine a date for its commencement. There are many authors who has given their views on the public relation status of Australia to the world. Working in the office also requires a safety. Safety work in the office is very important. A boss who thinks of his workers is known to be an ideal boss. A healthy environment also gives better enthusiasm for the workers to work. It is the workers who has to complete the assignment so thinking of the workers is a very wise decision in the part of the head authority of the office. Level of documentation in Sheehan Marketing and Public Relation The documentation procedure in this office is very bad. In an office everybody should be able to go through all the aspects of the assignment at any time. The documentation should not only be with the head or the mentor. The mentees should also know about the work they are doing and they are going to do. The main workers of any company are the office members who actually do the work. The mentors and the authority just have to get the assignment, it is only the mentees who do the work personally. If the works related issues are clear with the mentees then it becomes easy for the office to work co-ordinately in a smooth way. I believe that the mentees should be given equal importance in the office. Conclusion In the given assignment we see hoe the wiring and the internet connection of any company can affect then economically if not treated well. The safety of the workers is the responsibility of the office authority. If not treated on time then it might cause any unnecessary accidents in the office which shall not be acceptable neither by the workers nor the clients. Hence a company has to look after all the aspects of their assignments as the lives of many people the joined with the office. References Hahn, R. (2010). Life Description Essay Essays - Oaths, Scout Promise, Startup Cult

Life Description Essay Divide your life into 3-5 major periods. As I look back upon my past, it gets scary because I can actually divide my life into parts. If I look at it on the bright side, I am a more mature person. On the other hand, if I look at it negatively, I am getting closer to my 'grave'. But the truth is that I am better off looking at my life at the brighter side. I have considered myself fortunate than most people. I have been to many parts of the world, seen many cultures, and have done things only a child can dream of doing. If I were to divide my life into major periods, I would look at it when I was a child, a teenager and my life now. The first part of my life would have to be when I was a child. I used to think that my parents, especially my dad, were "Gods". Everything he said or did was right. I would get into arguments with my friend to as whose dads were the best. This is where I look at my life and noticed that during that time, I was dependent on my parents. Everything that I did that time was revolving around my parents. But as time passes by, I became much wiser. The thought of my parents being right is wrong. Yep! The second part of my life has begun. I was in the teenage years. Being rebellious, I was against everything that my parents said. Instead of them being like "Gods" to me, I was "God". Everything I did was right and the whole world is under me. My parents were always against me in everything that I did. I remember that I would never go out with my parents to dinner or to the shopping mall. The reason was because of embarrassment. I was afraid to be seen with my parents. I had the feeling that the world was against me. I guess that it is normal for a teenager to feel that way. Then, as I left home to further my studies, another chapter of my life began. Being away from home in a foreign land made me realized that I am no longer a teenager. I am an adult now. Slowly, my views of my parents started to change. How could I have been so rebellious towards them? I have only started to appreciate what they did for me. Why has it taken so long for me to realize that? I guess the feeling to respecting your parents is something you obtain as you get older. My life has been a colorful one. The feeling of being a "Zero" to a "Hero" is something I laugh at sometimes. Right now, I am in the middle of my life where the time for me to take care of myself and to earn my money. It is approaching fast. At the end of it, what I am today and will be is because of the giving I got when I was a child.
